A decade ago, someone told me about this ancient Greek idea, the fox knows many things, the hedgehog knows one big thing. And it completely changed how I approach most opportunities in life and in business. 

The hedgehog: one vision, total conviction, never distracted.

The fox: adapts constantly, figures it out as they build, comfortable not having all the answers yet.

Here’s the truth most founders learn the hard way; you need BOTH. Hedgehog energy to take the leap. Fox energy to survive the build.

Too stubborn = you fail.
Too scattered = you fail.

The real skill is actually knowing when to be which one.
