Ingredients 

3–4 godamba roti (or 4 large paratha as a substitute)
250g chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 eggs
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 small carrot, julienned

Aromatics & spice base

3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, minced
1–2 green chilies, sliced
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric

Sauces & seasoning

1 tbsp soy sauce
1–2 tbsp chili sauce (i used leftover sambal)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp oil
