While the first three months of the year saw closed units and dollar volume for single family home sales largely decline compared to the same timeframe the year prior, this quarter found many of our markets regaining their footing. From county to county, the net result of this second quarter upswing was strong enough that many of our markets finished the first half of the year ahead of the first six months of 2025 in closed volume, though in most areas unit sales are still down.⁠
