A postcard just landed on our desk from Dublin – it’s from Emma, one of our LAUNCH participants, who’s completing her hotel immersion at Conrad_Dublin! From gaining hands-on experience in hotel operations to connecting with Team Members who bring our culture to life, Emma is seeing firsthand how every job makes the stay at Hilton.
 
Through LAUNCH, Emma is on a two-year journey designed to develop future leaders. The program combines corporate experience with global exposure, beginning with a 10-month cross-functional rotation at Hilton HQ focused on building foundational knowledge, followed by a 3-month immersion that provides hands-on experience in hotel operations. 
 
After her time in Dublin, Emma will return for another 10-month corporate rotation, continuing to build on her experience and grow her impact.
