I’ve been quietly living with symptoms since July 2024, experiencing episodes for around 18 months.

After recently being diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), so much finally makes sense.

The positive is that I haven’t had an episode for around six months, and for that I’m incredibly grateful. I don’t know what the future holds, but I do know this diagnosis won’t define me.

I’m sharing my story because if it helps even one person feel less alone, it’s worth it.

This is just the beginning of my journey, and I’ll be learning as I go. #fnd #fndawareness
