Is it just me or… Does applying for jobs feel a little like a paddle game. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 Everyone is talking about it, there’s hype around the next move, and you kind of know what to do… 

but somehow you’re still standing there like, “Okay, but where do I actually start? 

Or daammmn, I should be a baseball player with this swing🤷🏼‍♀️🤣”

Maybe you love the process and it feels exciting. Maybe you’ve done it before, but trying again feels a little nerve-wracking. 

Either way, you’re not behind. You’re just building the confidence to step back into the game with more clarity, more strategy, and a stronger sense of who you are and what you bring.

The next opportunity may not need a perfect version of you, just a prepared one. 🤭
