What if your degree is no longer the thing that sets you apart?🤷🏼‍♀️

With South Africa’s unemployment rate at 32.7%, so many young people are studying similar things, applying for the same roles, and trying to stand out in a world where AI is changing how we work.

The question is no longer only, “What did you study?” 

It is: who are you becoming, and what human value do you bring that cannot be automated?

The World Economic Forum predicts that 39% of workers’ core skills will change by 2030. So maybe the future belongs to those who are not just qualified, but adaptable, self-aware, and ready.
