🚨COLLEGE COMMITMENT🚨

We’re thrilled to celebrate… Mia DeJaeger, Class of 2026 libero on our 18 Blue team and from Brien McMahon HS, who is committed to Goucher College!

Mia is a true NEVBC success story. She first joined us in 2021 through our summer camps and a U14 Fall Club team, then played on 14.2, 15 Orange, 16 Blue, 17 Orange, and 18 Blue. Along the way, Mia has spent countless hours in our gym at practices, camps, and open gyms, as well as leagues or any other opportunity she could find to play. Mia lives and breathes volleyball.

On the court, she is a relentless defender, a consistent passer, and a great teammate. Whether she was competing on a club team, jumping into an open gym, or finding extra reps whenever possible, Mia’s commitment to improving never wavered. One of the things we are most proud of is that Mia stayed the course and found the right fit. After years of hard work and playing for the love of the game, she committed to Goucher spring of her senior year, proving that there is more than one path to achieving your goals.

She’s a hard worker, and someone who genuinely enjoys being in the gym. Watching her stick with the process and earn the opportunity to play at the next level has been so rewarding.
