Another ownership group has entered the mix for the Las Vegas NBA expansion team! 🏀

The “Las Vegas Jacks” are submitting an $8 Billion bid for the Las Vegas NBA expansion team. The group is loaded with a mix of NBA royalty and a combined 85+ years of NBA experience, lead by Jerry Colangelo, Vinny Del Negro, Jay Williams, and media powerhouse David Levy. 

The bid is backed by U.S. Bank, BTIG, and Global Leisure Partners, positioning them with a total asset goal of $12.5B to $13B. 

The plan is to launch the team at T-Mobile Arena while building a brand-new, world-class arena and entertainment district for the team. 

The team name wouldn’t actually be the “Las Vegas Jacks” with the official team name being voted on by the fans later.

I like the name though.
