🤝 Connecting with our national inclusive hiring community! This past spring, Ross, Britt & Robbie had the pleasure of hosting Andre from Giant Steps in #Montreal.

In partnership with FairmontHotels, Giant Steps delivers Xenia, an initiative helping #Autistic youth & young adults gain work experience in hospitality.

We're excited to directly support this initiative through Ready, Willing & Able by providing post-employment support to their participants!

It is a true joy to connect, while sharing knowledge & resources with like-minded leaders from across Canada! Thank you to Giant Steps for all that you do in #Quebec! 💼
