Thanks to a CAN mom in #PoCo, a minor league baseball tourney turned into a CAN fundraiser!

Last month, TCThunderMinorBaseball held a jamboree at Thompson Park. And in addition to the action on the field, they hosted auctions, raffles & more... all in support of the cause!

Thank you to this local community of baseball stars & supporters for an incredible day on the diamond benefiting CAN! You knocked it out of the park! ⚾⚡
