#DallasCowboys DE #MarshawnKneeland, who d-ed by su-cide at the age of 24, has been diagnosed with Stage 1 CTE, according to a post-mortem brain tissue analysis.

His brain was sent to #Boston University’s CTE Center for a posthumous examination following his tragic de-th from a self-inflicted g-nsh-t wound. Doctors later released their findings, confirming Kneeland had Stage 1 CTE.

His family released the results of the analysis performed by the Boston University CTE Center. 🕊️
