This will help with:

✅ Setting up the shot 
✅ Timing and execution 

Here’s how it’s done:
-In this live ball drill, players will dink rally straight ahead
-One player is working to set up the Erne with a ball to their opponents outside foot 
-Wait until your opponents head and shoulder drop to jump over or step around the kitchen 
-Once you have hit about 20 successful Ernes, switch roles with your partner
