Teen Take: Eight Heads of Harvey Littleton

Created by artist Erwin Eisch, “Eight Heads of Harvey Littleton” presents eight different renditions of studio glass pioneer Harvey Littleton—from “Littleton the Poet” to “Littleton the Worker.”

Together, they suggest that identity isn’t fixed. We change across places, relationships, and moments in our lives, becoming different versions of ourselves while remaining unmistakably who we are.

Our Teen Leadership Council selected this work because it speaks to the complexity of being human and reminds us that every person is more than the first impression they make.
