Halfway through the summer means one thing at UA: Rookie Week. 🔥 

Our Rookies recently stepped away from their day-to-day roles to connect with their fellow interns across the organization. They spent the week strategizing for a case study competition, toured our Omni Distribution House, heard directly from UA leaders, and gave back to the Baltimore community. 

From big ideas to bigger impact, they're proving what it takes to finish the summer strong. 💪
