Fall 2025: No one knew when I filmed this. I had just found out I was pregnant with my second, and I genuinely thought I’d be able to do an international book tour at 33 weeks pregnant. 

Spoiler: I could not. That meant pushing my book launch and rethinking the whole timeline. so naturally, I did the only reasonable thing and carried a giant cookbook around the city to promote it myself. Growing a baby and a book at the same time was chaos, but I wouldn’t change a thing!!
