Hidden in the ancient lanes of Varanasi, this temple is believed to grant the spiritual merit of seven pilgrimages to Kedarnath with a single visit.

It is also associated with a fascinating legend: when Aurangzeb's army attempted to enter the temple, thousands of bees are said to have attacked the soldiers, forcing them to retreat and leaving the shrine unharmed. 🐝

Today, Shri Gauri Kedareshwar Temple remains one of Kashi's most revered and mysterious sacred sites.
