We are hiring UAS Assessment RNs across New York City and if you have home health experience and a passion for supporting geriatric patients, we want to hear from you right now.

Here are the details:
📍 Locations: Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan
💼 Job Type: Full-time, ongoing local offer
🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM
⏰ Hours: 36 hours per week
💵 Rate: $55 per hour
🚗 Work Type: Field-based, travel required
📋 Daily Volume: 2 to 3 assessments per day

What you will be doing:
Completing UAS assessments for geriatric patients and evaluating their needs to determine the right home health services for them. Meaningful, impactful work that makes a real difference in people's lives every single day. 🙌

What we are looking for:
✅ Active New York RN license
✅ Home health visit experience required
✅ Experience from MLTC, LHCSA, or CHHA preferred
✅ Minimum 22 months of relevant experience

Monday through Friday, no nights, no weekends, and a rate that reflects the expertise you bring.
