Woking to become a master of myself… 

I love the space I’m in, & I’m making sure to take as much of that space as I need. 

Lightened the weights today to work on being explosive while controlled, & mobile while strong. Little explosion, lower work, and of course Core. Like they say, some “This & That’s!”
