Why private lessons? We already go to practice? 🤷🏻‍♀️ We make adjustments in practice all the time, but there’s something to be said about individual work with a coach!

Almost all of our coaches utilize video in private lessons. We love to catch a few clips so that athletes can see what we are talking about. 

Coach Mike recently had a lesson with Bella- her family bid on and won these private lessons with him at our Prolink fundraiser! 

This was lesson number two of three, and another athlete in the gym was happy to capture video for us for a few swings. We generally use the athlete’s phone so they have those videos to refer to later. Being able to watch this later and remembering what coach said reinforces the work in the gym. 

Great job in your lesson, Bella Kindregan from 14 Madelynn! We are working on footwork and high contact- and you are making massive strides!
