Today, our beloved Guru Mahārāja, His Holiness Jayapatākā Swami, safely arrived in Bengaluru, and on this sacred Yogini Ekādaśī, every prayer, every offering, and every act of service was dedicated to his speedy recovery.

With grateful hearts, we went to the temple and freely distributed our book, His Holiness Jayapatākā Swami: A Life of Service, so that more devotees could be inspired by his extraordinary life of compassion, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion to Śrīla Prabhupāda’s mission. It was so touching to see not only children, but so many adults joyfully receiving the book as well.

We also had the honor of distributing Rādhā Kuṇḍa Parikramā, which includes the sacred place where Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu sat at Rādhā Kuṇḍa and where Guru Mahārāja later lovingly placed the lotus footprints of Lord Caitanya. Along with that, we shared Rādhā Kuṇḍa Līlā, and it was wonderful to see Radha Giri’s Books bringing smiles to so many devotees.

One of the most emotional moments of the day was bringing the sacred pādukās of Guru Mahārāja, which we were so blessed to receive during his 77th Vyāsa Pūjā here in Śrī Mayapur Dhām. (Jayapatākā Swami Archives) Hundreds of devotees came forward with folded hands to receive the blessings of his sacred shoes, offering heartfelt prayers for his health and recovery.

We also prayed deeply before Lord Narasiṁha Deva, begging for Guru Mahārāja’s protection, strength, and complete healing. The temple echoed with devotees chanting the Hare Kṛṣṇa Mahāmantra, each holy name offered with love for our spiritual master.

May every book distributed, every prayer offered, every devotee blessed, and every holy name chanted become another offering at the lotus feet of Guru Mahārāja. We miss him so much here in Mayapur, and we pray with all our hearts that he regains his strength and returns home very soon.
