#MEETEXECMONDAY featuring Kate Peck, our Vice President of Chapter Programming & Development!!💌

“Hi everyone! I’m Kate Peck, and I serve as Vice President of Chapter Programming and Development!

I have the lovely opportunity to work alongside our Director of Academics, Director of Risk and Wellness and Director of Ceremonies and Rituals. My team and I help to support our members where each person can thrive academically, prioritize safety and mental health and continuously model Tri Delta’s values.

I previously served as our Director of Administration which taught perseverance and how to show up everyday for our members. Being an officer is truly an eye opening experience that pushes me to work hard and never give up. As I have stepped into my role as Vice President, I have the privilege to serve alongside our amazing officer team as a strong and confident leader. I am so incredibly grateful to be in this role and expand my leadership capacity.

I did not know that going through Continuous Open Recruitment during my freshman year would lead me here. I am so happy I took the leap to put myself out there and join Tri Delta where it quickly became a place I cherish most. I will never take for granted the memories this chapter has given me and the many laughs, friendships and good times that have come with this experience.”

Delta Love,
Kate
