personally, I am a morning person and I love starting my day early. I have the most energy when I wake up and aim to do most of my creative work/ coaching from 7-12pm.

I also love working in silence as it gives me a way to lock in my focus. Working in small periods at a time is how I work best, I find it difficult to work for 2+ hours at a given time. Plenty of short brakes give me a chance to reset and get straight back to it. This is what has worked for me 😊
