Come with me as I start off my day with mobility. It is my favourite way to prepare the body for a busy day ahead. I coached one of my clients who is an international senior tennis player, working on consistency and doing some point play.

For lunch I headed into town at @hawksmoorrestaurants for a tasty lunch!

Hawksmoor launched a new January Lunch Specials Menu with a focus on high protein, low calorie and Dry Jan options. They featured a delicious 35-day dry aged rump steak with a choice of side for £19.50.
