Learning the technical foundations

I would love to share a story along side this serve transformation. Michael is a keen basketball & footballer with a passion for learning. We have been working together for over a year and 3 months training one session per week and he will partake in group sessions/ train with his family. 

The drive to learn and listen has helped Michael to improve his game and his mental mind, now competing in tournaments a couple times per month. 

I have always been a huge advocate for your ‘attitude’ on and off the tennis court. This is something that you can control. Giving your 100% effort every session is all I can ask. Happy to see great progress with Michael and we will continue to keep striving by for more.
