Stood up on a wake board! Last time I tried this was 2010 or 2011. 

Struggled to get up long time ago and it’s stayed with me for years. Really wanted to get up and stay up for a while, mission accomplished!

Thanks to friends helping me out! Still a work in progress, now just need to learn how to get to the other side and to jump. 

I love challenging myself and pushing that experience bubble out. Grateful for a moment to get outside and put my fitness to the test. What I do in the gym should support what I do outside the gym.
