## Caption

Since graduating from the University of Oklahoma’s Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication, I’ve been reflecting on the moments and experiences that shaped me as a photographer. From college athletics to major events, I’ve had the opportunity to capture so many moments that challenged me and helped me grow.
 
Over the next several weeks I’ll be posting some of my favorite photos from my time at Oklahoma as well as sharing what I learned from these experiences.
 
It seems most fitting for me to start with a few of my favorite baseball photos. I became a baseball fan at a young age, attending many Texas Rangers games with my grandparents growing up. I credit those moments not just for my love of the game but also my ability to anticipate where to point my lens and how to visually capture the story of the game.
 
An incredible full-circle moment for me came at the beginning of the 2026 season, photographing OU baseball at the Shriners Children's  Showdown at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club .
