Nvidia is rumored to be developing a new graphics card that will sit between the RTX 5080 and RTX 5090. The RTX 5090 SE will feature 32GB of GDDR7 memory according to GameGPU, making it well-suited for AI work and gaming but likely pushing the price north of $2,000.

The 5090 SE is said to be based on the GB202 GPU, the same chip used in Nvidia's RTX 5090, the professional RTX Pro 6000, and its China-centric cards like the 5090D. It won't be the “full-fat” chip; with 14,080 CUDA cores activated, that's around 31% more than the RTX 5080, but still a third less than the RTX 5090.
