New vegan sandwich pop up in Portland 🔥

It’s only open on Thursdays and Fridays from 11am-2pm, so be sure to add this to your Portland lunch plans. 

It’s called officelunch.pdx - a collab between theexquisitecreatures & verdurepdx (featuring lastbatch.cookies). 

There’s a vegan Rueben made with beets, a fantastic tofu katsu sandwich, and of course very good cold brew.
