Congratulations to Bernardinio Sylvestre '30, who won third place in USA TODAY's national "Fly Your Flag" art competition celebrating America's 250th anniversary. He is spending part of the summer on campus as part of the Friar Foundations Program, helping make the transition from high school to college before officially joining the Class of 2030 in the fall. When Sylvestre's mom reached out to let us know he was a finalist in the high school category and asked if we could capture the moment he found out he had won, we couldn't pass up the opportunity. #GoFriars #ProvidenceCollege #FYP
