Breakfast is king in our house l!  These cheesy, chicken sausage, hash brown and egg breakfast sandwiches have become a summer staple in our house. We meal prep a big batch every Sunday, wrap them up, and the kids grab them throughout the week for an easy breakfast before work or summer activities.
We’ve been loving the new organic butcher_box chicken sausages from Costco because you can cook them straight from the freezer, and they’re so versatile. They’re perfect in breakfast sandwiches, tossed into a quiche, or even on their own. We even dipped them in pancake batter, cooked them up, and served them with syrup—so good!
