I used to not know what rest felt like.👇

Seriously. There was a time when every free moment I had was consumed by trying to figure out what to post, when to post, how to show up, what to say. 

Even on weekends. 
Even on holidays. 
Even when I was supposed to be present with the people I love.

I was always half there. Half in the moment and half in my head thinking about content.

Automation changed that.

Now I can actually enjoy my downtime. I spend time with my family and I am actually there…not mentally planning my next post. I rest without guilt because I know my content is handled. 😌

That is the real flex. 
Not the followers. 
Not the views. 
The fact that I got my life back.
