Welcome to a new series where we sit down in beautiful hotel lobbies to talk all things travel: trends, hotels, food and favorite stays.

For our first edition, we’re at the wonderful new Six Senses London, in Bayswater, just moments from Hyde Park and Notting Hill. It brings the brand’s signature focus on wellness, thoughtful design and sustainability into the heart of London, which felt like a pretty perfect place to begin.

For our first episode - we’re starting with a little hotel rapid fire. A small caveat: while we may be asking questions like “best hotel breakfast?” or “best hotel bed?”, these are very much our personal favourites. Travel is subjective, every experience is different, and honestly, we have far too many answers to name them all.
