I’m gonna send you explicit directions and how to make this pasta so unbelievably delicious that you will probably have to call yourself Sicilian after you make it!!! This is hands-down, the best pasta dish you’re gonna make all year! I went to bedners_farm a couple days ago and bought the perfect short fat fresh egg eggplant, fusilloni pasta which is like a fat, beautiful fusilli pasta ( which I will give you a link to buy that if you can’t find) , fresh basil, a beautiful can of San Marzano, tomatoes, garlic, and onions! And I came straight home and made this unbelievable delicious pasta alla Norma! Of course, you can bake the eggplant instead of frying it like I do in delicious quality olive oil, but you won’t get the full experience of why this Sicilian pasta tops all others! Go run to your local farmers market or even your local grocery store and make it!!!!!! 🇮🇹❤️💚 PS use olive oil for this recipe when you’re frying the eggplant. My favorite brand is. laespanolaus !
