and yes, it’s gluten free!

STEAL MY RECIPE! 
  Put oil in a pan
* Scoop discard into a bowl, add water so that it becomes runny
* Pour into pan and spread into a circular pizza shape
* Add seasoning on top
* Fry until dough is full of bubbles
* Pour remaining oil out of pan
* Put pan in oven at 450°F for 11 minutes
* Take out of oven
* Optional: Spread garlic butter on top
* Add your toppings
* Back into oven for 11 minutes
