#ad Everyone’s been asking how I built my @missempowher team so quickly after leaving my corporate job.

I don’t gatekeep, so here it is: hiring the right people, putting the right systems in place, and using AI to do more in less time.

For example, I just hired an executive assistant and used @microsoftcopilot to write the job description in 5 minutes.

That’s 2 hours I didn’t spend writing it manually.
That’s 2 hours that went straight back into revenue-generating activities.
