THE FIRST INAUGURAL ‘REBOUND ALL-STAR' EVENT AN INDEPENDENT SHOWCASE OF WNBL D1 AND NBL D1. Saturday 7th May, Southampton.

This is one of three episodes for the Rebound All-Stars live stream. The three streams together will cover the entire event! With commentary led by John Hobbs, assisted by Molly Danielson, Jerry Merrill and special guests.

Rebound Basketball LTD became a limited company in the last month. Rebound through Chris Hughes has been promoting the NBL and British Basketball for the last 4-5 years. Now is the time to turn it from a hobby and into a business that supports the British Basketball ecosystem.

Here is the result of two months of planning. I hope you enjoy the entire event.

We start first with two player event contests.

The Skills contest featuring a six-women lineup. The event mimics the 2019 WNBA Skills event.

Following that is a mixed gender Kent Baller three-point shooting challenge. Eight shooters will try and net as many of the 25 balls to qualify for the final. The last ball shot at each spot is a moneyball worth two points. The two shooters with the most points will qualify for the final. In event of a tie a deep 3-point tie breaker will be the decider!
