Starting us off, Garrett Nussmeier broke LSU's record for most passing yards in the second half of a game. 

Garrett has grown up around the QB position with his dad playing and coaching QBs at a high level. I'm excited to see how he continues to develop. 

With Jayden Daniels and Walker Howard already in Baton Rouge, and now Rickie Collins coming to campus, LSU has built one of the ten deepest quarterback rooms in the country.

At number two, let's talk about the Heisman trophy. I have so much respect for all four guys heading to New York this weekend, but I just don’t get how you can look at the role Caleb has played in turning around a program and think the Heisman should go somewhere else. 

He’s got the story, he’s got the moment against Notre Dame. On top to that, the final numbers are there.

Cam Rising had 725 yards and 8TDs in two games against a top 10 USC team this year. 

He also took a shot later in this game and popped up with a smile. 

Dude is a gamer, and I can’t wait to watch him get a shot at Penn State in the Rose Bowl.
