My name is Jordan Palmer. I'm a quarterback consultant working with youth football players to NFL guys, and I just always want to celebrate this position.

At number three, Baylor fans got to be pretty happy they're keeping Austin Novosad in-state. Dude has had an awesome senior season including this throw in a tight window.

They are playing big-time 6A ball in Dripping Springs, Texas now. This dude under-center gives them a great shot to have success at that level.

At number two, This is one of the biggest rivalries in midwest high school football. Cass Tech and MLK. So much talent on the field. 

Oregon commit, Dante Moore, showing up and showing out in this game. This is a nice play-action from under center. Made the footwork look easy. Got to him in stride. Check and check. Big plays in a big game can get you on this list.

At number one, you know the name, but you got to see the play.

4th & 13 trying to comeback against your rival. These are the moments you got to come up big if you're "the guy". Arch Manning most definitely is.
