My name is Jordan Palmer. I'm a quarterback consultant working with youth football players to NFL guys, and I just always want to celebrate this position.

Starting off with a little Ivy League history lesson with your top 3 throws of the week in college football.

First time Ivy League football has made the list, and it is a beauty. 

HUGE matchup tonight for Princeton against Harvard. they went to 3 OTs 363 days ago. Might be another good one between the smart guys.

Next, we're going to Knoxville from the game of the century thus far for Vols fans. We debated if the Vols were the best team in college football on The Room this week. I didn't think so, but the fact were having that conversation says a lot about where Josh Heupel has this team.

When you hang 350 yards and 5 touchdowns against Nick Saban, you're going to make the list. It's a rule I'm putting in place from here on out.

Hendon Hooker did it impressively. The arm strength this dude has showcased to this point is insane. 

And at number one, a guy who really impressed me at Manning Passing Academy. Cam Rising.

I love this dude's approach. I love the way his teammates respond to him. Stuff like that gets you to believe you can take down a team like USC.

It's not like any of this is new for Utah. It's pretty rare for teams to come out of Salt Lake with a win.
