What a day! 🪵🔥 Feeding 500 beautiful souls in the mountains at @deervalleyresort for day one of the Fire & Flavor Festival.

Those 500 plates sure do go fast when the smoke is rising and the mountain air kicks in! 💨 

My heart is so full seeing everyone gather around the coals on the Silver Lake Lawn to share real, land-driven food cooked over the open flames. From the wild game risotto to the slow-cooked plank salmon salad, you all brought the best energy.

If you missed out on today’s plates, don’t worry—the fires are still burning and WE WILL BE BACK TOMORROW! 🏔️✨
