Only know samgyupsal? This one’s worth trying next. 👀🥩

I tried Taecho Galbi, and I totally get why people line up for it. I went on a weekend, so there was a short wait, but it moved pretty fast.

The best part? Watching the Hanwoo galbi cook over charcoal and fire 🔥. You can smell that smoky aroma before you even take your first bite. We also ordered the beef ramen, beef tartare, passion fruit ade, and plum highball, which made the meal even better.

I also loved that the staff grills the meat for you, so you can just sit back and enjoy. If you’re visiting Hongdae and want something different from the usual samgyupsal, this one’s worth adding to your list.
