Our data show that Native Americans in Minnesota were 6x more likely to die of a drug overdose – many opioid related – than whites. The Walz/Flanagan budget for #OneMinnesota proposes funds to Tribal Nations for increased outreach, training and resources. Tribes determine best use of funds to prevent substance use disorder.
