Congratulations to these young leaders! Our Who Leads in MN data show that less than 3 in 10 leaders are women. Given that half of all Minnesota adults are women, we would need to see close to twice as many women in positions of leadership to reach parity. Programs like this are important to see leadership growth that is reflective of and responsive to the diversity of our population.
