Clients need to heard and safe when working with you. Here are 3 tips I do, that you can implement when working with your next client

I never turned the work late. Do anything you can, to deliver your final product way in advance, the client will feel safe and trust you for bigger and more important projects 

Even when something can’t be done, I don’t reply back to the clients with a simple no. I come back explaining why it can’t be done and I follow up immediately with couple of alternatives that can be done while still keeping their objective the main focus.
