In the basement of the Old City Hall in Duluth, MN, you’ll find @the_rathskeller. This is a unique place to grab a drink. 

The historic space was initially a holding cell for the municipal court one floor above when the building was the center of city government from 1889-1926. There are rumors that the location served as a speakeasy during prohibition.
