Sinking his teeth into turning nine! 🐯🥩

Nikolai the Amur tiger celebrated his ninth birthday with a feast fit for a big cat! Keepers created a carnivore-worthy enrichment by hiding pieces of red meat throughout his habitat, encouraging natural behaviors like sniffing, stalking and leaping. They also introduced new scents and enrichment elements to make the celebration even more exciting.
