Here goes nothing!! I’m working on increasing my confidence in speaking French beyond the comforts of my family, so…voilà 🙊 

I’ve always felt self-conscious of my French because I didn’t grow up in France and I mostly learnt French informally at home. But I’m not gonna let that continue to be my excuse!!

I chose to cook Hachis Parmentier for my dad’s visit because it’s one of his childhood faves…and I’ve also never made it before! I’m so glad I finally have this in my arsenal ☺️❤️
