The Oregonian's 2022 Food Cart of the Year now has a brick-and-mortar restaurant!

Swan Island is an interesting choice for Tito’s first restaurant, but owner Anthony La Pietra thinks it just makes sense.

“There are so many people on Swan Island, and there are very limited options for food,” La Pietra said in a phone interview Monday. “We’re just hoping to feed some more people and make people happy with what we do.”
