The creamiest Chicken Alfredo Pasta that I love making for my husband. ❤️

For the Chicken

* 2 pounds chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise
* 2 tsp garlic salt
* 2 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1½ tsp paprika
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 2 tsp avocado oil
* 1 tsp oil, for cooking

For the Alfredo Sauce

* 1 pound fettuccine or linguine
* 3 tbsp unsalted butter
* 3 garlic cloves, finely grated or minced
* 3 cups heavy cream
* 1 to 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 tsp garlic salt (or to taste)
* Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
* 1 cup reserved pasta water

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the package directions. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water.
2. While the pasta cooks, slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create thinner cutlets. Season both sides with the garlic salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, and black pepper. Drizzle with the avocado oil and rub the seasonings evenly over the chicken.
3. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internally). Transfer to a plate and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
5. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while whisking. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce begins to thicken slightly.
6. Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss until every noodle is coated. Gradually stir in the reserved pasta water until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
8. Let the pasta simmer in the sauce for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slice the rested chicken and serve over the pasta. Finish with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper.
